This will take approximately ten working days.

The name of your company

before registering your Company we must check that the name you have chosen is not already in use. It is therefore essential that you give us alternative names should the one of your choice not be available.

The formation cost's are £350 and include:

• Company name research
• Registration rights
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Minutes of the first general meeting of the Board of Directors
• Three copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Certificate of transfer of shares
• Various legal forms from Companies House (288a, 288b...)
