The registered office

Even if your Company's business is delt with from abroad, your Registered Office must be in Great Britain. It must be a place of business and not a home.

You can, if you wish, use our Registered Office's facilities at an annual rate of 270 €uros, which includes a Registered Office for your Company and the redirecting of your mail from Companies House and the Inland Revenue to any address of your choice.

For all other correspondence you will be charged at a rate of 1.50 €uros per letter plus postage. A deposit of 155 €uros must be made to take advantage of this facility.
